Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Once we receive your order we will ship to you within 1 business day, and your order will arrive within 2-6 businesses days. Generally we use Australia Post parcel post, and we will include a tracking number and send you an email so you can easily track your parcel online. If you have any particular delivery requirements please make sure you send us a message with your order.

Returns Policy

We love our products and we hope you do too, but if for some reason you need to return a product then please follow these simple rules:

Your item must be returned:
• Within 30 days of your purchase;
• Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
• In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if all these points are not met.

If your item meets all of these conditions then please send us an email at with your order number and a brief reason why you would like to return your item and we will organise for your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there are any problems with the returned item we will let you know in this email. Once everything is in order your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. If you would like to exchange we can organise this too, just let us know.

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you change your mind about the item you purchased. Please let us know if you would like to exchange for another item.

Returning Earrings
Earrings can only be returned if completely unworn (unless the items are faulty), so make sure you love your purchase before you pop it on.

Returning Sale Items
You can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to Australian Consumer Law), we will include any return limitations in the items description if relevant.

Where to Send Your Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bold Life, Unit 9, 360 Vardys Rd Kings Park NSW 2148. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we agree otherwise prior to your shipping the item to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
